Our Alternative Family Living (AFL) homes create a warm and nurturing environment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We offer round-the-clock residential care in a cozy family-style setting, where compassionate and trained caregivers empower individuals to cultivate their independence, connect with the community, and realize their unique aspirations as detailed in their Individualized Service Plan (ISP). Here, every person is supported on their journey to a fulfilling life, surrounded by care and understanding.
Caregivers receive continuous support from our qualified professionals. We strictly adhere to state and agency standards, thereby ensuring the safety and well-being of those we serve. Caregivers undergo comprehensive training and fulfill health and safety criteria to promote both mental and physical stability. Furthermore, extensive background checks are conducted for all caregivers prior to their inclusion in our team.
