We are actively hiring for the following positions. All roles are based in the Burlington / Alamance County, NC area.
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Full-Time / Part-TimeProvide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group home and community settings. Assist with daily living activities, personal care, community integration, and skill-building.
Qualified Professional (QP)
Full-TimeDevelop and monitor individualized support plans, coordinate services, and ensure compliance with DHHS and Medicaid standards. Must meet NC DHHS QP qualifications.
Peer Support Specialist
Full-Time / Part-TimeUse lived experience with mental health or substance use recovery to provide hope, guidance, and support to individuals enrolled in our Peer Support program.
Day Support Technician
Full-TimeFacilitate structured day programming activities focused on community integration, life skills, vocational readiness, and personal development for adults with disabilities.
Supported Employment Specialist
Full-TimeAssist individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining competitive integrated employment. Provide job coaching, employer outreach, and ongoing workplace support.
PSR Specialist
Full-Time / Part-TimeDeliver Psychosocial Rehabilitation services to individuals with mental health diagnoses, focusing on skill-building, community participation, and recovery-oriented goals.
General Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred for clinical roles
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for serving others
- Prior experience in human services, healthcare, or social work is a plus
