What Are 1915(i) Services?
North Carolina's 1915(i) State Plan Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) benefit provides community-based supports to individuals with significant behavioral health needs who do not require an institutional level of care. Eligible individuals may access day supports, habilitation, crisis stabilization, and other community-based interventions.
Services are delivered in integrated settings that promote independence, choice, and full community participation. Always Love is an authorized 1915(i) provider serving Alamance County and surrounding areas.
Who We Serve
1915(i) services are available to adults and youth enrolled in North Carolina Medicaid who meet the clinical criteria for significant behavioral health needs. Eligibility and service authorization are determined through the individual's LME/MCO.
